The property is located in a residential area and has neighbours close by but enjoys total privacy. There are beautiful views from the house and garden over vineyards and rolling countryside towards the coast. The charming garden planted with Mediterranean agave and cacti covers 2000sqm and there are two terraces, one open and one covered, both off the kitchen, which are ideal for outdoor meals. On a lower level is an orchard and a boules court. Care must be taken with small children as the decorative barrier to one side of the pool has large gaps.
The interior is very tastefully decorated with many lovely details and Provençal touches. All the accommodation is on one floor. The spacious living/dining room opens out onto a decked terrace the length of the house, as does the well-equipped kitchen. To one side of the living area are a double bedroom (160cm beds) with an adjacent bathroom with a separate shower unit, and a separate wc; the bedroom opens onto its own terrace on the side of the pool. To the other side are a bedroom with two single beds (90cm beds - which can be made up as a double) an extra single bed (90cm) can be made available on request, a shower room and a separate wc; the bedroom opens onto its own terrace to the side of the house. Another double bedroom (150m bed) is located in an annexe (external access only) and has an en suite shower room with a wc (open plan).
Occupancy can be increased to 7 (to include a small child).

The Mediterranean coastline of the Var region enjoys 430km of sandy beaches, hidden coves sheltered by pine groves, and some of the most enjoyable resorts in the heart of the Côte d’Azur. The Calanques offer some of the most dramatic scenery in France, narrow inlets set into sometimes vertiginous limestone formations, especially just to the west of Cassis, a popular tourist town, and dating back to Roman times. La Ciotat is an ancient port village with a large and crowded beachfront. On the other side of the bay is St-Cyr-sur-Mer, which includes the lovely sand beaches at Les Lecques and the charming small port of Madrague. Some of the best vintages from the south of France comes from Bandol, a pleasant seaside resort with its three expansive beaches sheltered by high wooded hills. Inland, Le Castellet is a remarkable old fortress perched high on a hill, and a former stronghold of the lords of Les Baux, and La Cadière-d’Azur is a picturesque medieval village, with nice views over a sea of vineyards towards the Massif Ste-Baume.

Wonderful villa and location. Immaculately clean. Helpful recommendations from the owner re restaurants/outings etc. If we were nit-picking, we would suggest a full set of sharp kitchen knives and more than one set of towels for a week.
We have been to the villa before and the setting and location are second to none for us, with the proximity to Cassis being most important. We had a fabulous time, thank you. Thanks again for your wonderful service.
Lovely villa - light and airy with all mod cons. Beautiful pool area and 180° views of surrounding countryside. One drawback if you have children, is the depth in the pool. I could barely touch the bottom in the 'shallow' end, so children would be totally out of their depth. Nearby places really delightful - La Madrague and Les Lecques, Port D'alon, Le Beausset and Le Castellet, Sanary-sur-Mer and Cassis.
A new but traditionally built villa, with high quality furnishings and fittings. Stunning views out over vineyards covering a beautiful valley. The pool is set in well maintained gardens with a great range of cacti. We loved it.

A really lovely house. The setting is charming, the Moroccan-style interior tasteful, and proximity to beaches and lovely coastal towns a real plus.
