This modern Provençal-style villa is located in a residential area 2.5km from Magagnosc and 3km from Grasse.
Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and Saint-Tropez each has a magnetic atmosphere of its own, and all are noted for the glamourous and immaculate private hotel beaches backed by classy cafes under canvas. The Riviera in fact has plenty of public beaches which are just as, if not more, suitable for families, while a street or two behind the film set façade it is easy to find restaurants that are better value than almost anything back home. On any excursion to the coast by car however, arrive and depart early, to avoid the traffic jams that sometimes build up in high season later in the day.
Behind this exotic shop window lies the ‘arrière pays’, or back-country, within easy reach of the Côte-d’Azur but far less frenetic. Some of the most popular places - Eze, Grasse, Mougins and St Paul-de-Vence – attract large numbers of summer visitors; but only a kilometer or two away are other equally delightful towns and villages, untouched by the mass tourist market. Their ancient streets have breath-taking, distant views of the sea, from houses hugging deep gorges or sheltered by rugged mountain outcrops. Provençal life continues here undisturbed and unthreatened, at its own singular pace.

Great villa, great views, nice couple to meet and greet us. No complaints at all. It's a really good holiday let and I would recommend it to anyone.
We have returned safely from Villa Beauséjour in Grasse after another wonderful holiday care of Dominique's Villas, for which we thank you wholeheartedly. It was indeed a 'beautiful stay'!
Excellent property with wonderful views. Very well positioned for all amenities in Grasse.
Good quality and excellent service provided by key holder. Nice pool and well thought out internal layout.
The villa itself is extremely well furnished and very comfortable. We loved the pool and the view; another excellent holiday.
It was ideal for us - a family party of 9 ranging in ages 15-85. The property and pool was beautiful. The location excellent. There was everything you needed at the villa.
Moore, Baker, Davies families: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and pool, visited many pretty villages. Valbonne market on a Friday morning is well worth a visit (be there by 08.30am for parking!). Thank you very much for everything.
Lodge family: We have had a wonderful three weeks. The house functions well for a large group and the views across the valley are lovely. Everybody loved the swimming pool, which we all thought, exceptional. Several people in the group enjoyed some excellent golf courses.
Boyle family: Very pleasant holiday, pool and house lovely. Le Clos St. Pierre Restaurant at Le Rouret great, but you need to book. Côté Place Restaurant in Grasse overpriced and not good. Perfume Houses in Grasse well worth a visit. All in all a very good holiday.
Charles family: We, (three generations of us!) have had a fantastic time in this exceptional house. Many congratulations - you have made this a lovely home. The view helps too!
