This charming 19^th century stone 'Mas' is set in a prime location in Provence, just 6.5km from the small town of Cavaillon with its many shops, restaurants, and a Monday market, and 4.5km from the charming provençal village of Robion which has basic shops, restaurants and a Thursday market. The exceptional hilltop village of Gordes with its charming shops, cafés, a Tuesday market and restaurants is 15km away. There are many other lovely villages nearby: Bonnieux (24km), Roussillon (25km), Ménerbes (15km), Oppède-le-Vieux (16km), Lacoste (20km - visit the Château of the Marquis de Sade), Goult (16km), the Bories village (6km - a group of thirty dry stone huts) among others. There are many festivals and fêtes in these villages throughout the summer. Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for its antiques market and intricate waterways is 9km away. There is a huge provençal market at Lourmarin (26km). Avignon and Apt are 26km away, and Aix-en-Provence 65km.

There is a tennis court in Robion, horse riding in Taillades (6km) and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, bike hire in Cavaillon and Coustellet (7.5km). There is a leisure lake for swimming and sailing at Apt and 9 and 18 hole golf courses 10km away at Saumane-de-Vaucluse.

The interior is very welcoming and charmingly decorated. On the ground floor are a spacious living room, a kitchen with a large dining area opening out onto the terrace and garden, and a separate wc. On the first floor are a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and a wc, a further double bedroom with an en suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and a separate wc.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
