This charming stone house is located in the beautiful and picturesque village of Faucon (bakery), just 8km from Vaison-la-Romaine, a beautiful town with many restaurants, a Tuesday morning market, tennis courts, horse riding and bike hire, and it is the perfect starting point for delightful excursions into the heart of the Ventoux region. There is river swimming in the Ouvèze River at Mollans-sur-Ouvèze (5km). There are two 9 hole golf courses at Orange (46km) and three 18 hole courses near Avignon (59km).

The interior is very spacious for an old village house. A large hallway leads to a sitting room, a spacious living/dining room with large glass doors opening onto the garden and terrace, and a shower room with a wc. On the first floor are a vast landing, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a separate shower and a separate wc.
