Location

This beautiful recently constructed villa enjoys a very good location near several attractive villages, all with shops, cafés and restaurants (la Cadière-d'Azur 5km, St-Cyr-sur-Mer 5km, medieval Le Castellet 7.5km). A larger selection of shops and services can be found in La Ciotat (13km) and Toulon (26km). The beautiful islands of Or in the Hyères Gulf (Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant) are within an hour's drive. The island of Embiez with its famous Oceanographic Institute is 18km away and the breathtaking Calanques of Cassis (Port-Miou, Port-Pin and En-Vau) are 27km away. This is a good area for summer festivals and wine tasting, with numerous vineyards nearby where wine can be purchased.

There are tennis courts, horse riding and bike hire at St-Cyr-sur-Mer (5km). The nearest 18 hole golf course is located between St-Cyr and Bandol. There are many nautical activities (sailing school, deep-sea diving and fishing, windsurfing, regattas and boat trips) at Les Lecques and La Madrague. The nearest sandy beach is at Les Lecques (6km), and there are several other beaches in the area: La Madrague (7km), the stunning Calanque of Port-d'Alon (11km), La Ciotat and Bandol (14km).

Exterior

The property is located in a residential area and has neighbours close by but enjoys privacy. There are lovely views from the house and garden over vineyards and rolling countryside. The garden covers 2000sqm and there are two terraces, one open and one covered, which are ideal for outdoor meals.

Interior

The interior is very tastefully decorated with many lovely details and provençal touches. All the accommodation is on one floor. The spacious living/dining room opens out onto the spacious terrace, as does the well-equipped kitchen. There is a separate wc by the main entrance. To one side of the living area are a double bedroom with a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower unit, and a separate wc. To the other side are a bedroom with three single beds and a shower room (easy access to separate wc near the entrance). Another double bedroom is located in an annexe (external access only) and has an en suite shower room with a wc.

Occupancy is limited to 7 persons including a maximum of 3 children.
