Location

This spacious villa built in typical provençal style enjoys a wonderful location, combining the peace and quiet of its extensive grounds and the proximity of Aix-en-Provence (20km) and Marseille (39km). The village of Fuveau offers all shops and services including a supermarket, as well as tennis courts, horse riding and an 18 hole golf course. The location is ideal for touring this rich area with the many picturesque villages of the Luberon to explore to the north (Gordes, Roussillon, Lourmarin, Bonnieux, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse) and the coastal towns to the south (Cassis, La Ciotat).

Exterior

The grounds enclose a lovely park and lawned areas and there are views towards the Mont Ste-Victoire from the front of the house. A well-equipped summer dining area and kitchen (refrigerator, oven, electric barbecue, dishwasher) open onto a pleasant covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a shower by the pool.

Interior

The interior is of generous proportions and a high standard. On the ground floor are a very spacious living room opening onto a lovely dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room with a wc and a separate wc. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a wc.
