Located in the heart of the countryside at the foothills of Mont-Ventoux, this restored provençal farmhouse is 3km from the small village of Mormoiron, where there is a variety of shops and services. A wider selection of shops, services and restaurants can be found at the larger town of Carpentras, 15km away. There are tennis courts, horse riding and bicycle hire at Bédoin (4km) and a 9 hole golf course 22km away at Saumane-de-Vaucluse. Close by, and worth visiting, is the wine producing town of Beaumes-de-Venise.

The property enjoys an isolated position, with only one other neighbouring house behind the property but it is not overlooked. It has wonderful panoramic views over the hills to the south and terraced vineyards to the east. Extending from a spacious covered terrace at the rear of the house is a lawned area with shady trees and steps that lead down to the unusually large and attractive salt-water swimming pool. The caretaker, who occupies an apartment above the adjacent garage, provides daily maintenance of the swimming pool and garden.

The interior of the house is modern in style, simply decorated and comfortably furnished. It is set out on three levels. On the ground floor is a sitting room with a fireplace leading into a spacious living/dining room with a small study area. The well-equipped kitchen gives out onto a covered terrace, ideal for outdoor living. A separate wc is also located on this floor. On the first floor are a shower room with a wc and two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and a separate wc. On a half-landing is a twin bedroom. The second floor contains two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room with a wc.
