This beautiful 18th century manor house was once used by the king's mousquetaires. It is situated on a hill on the edge of the small village of Lacépède with a tennis court within walking distance. The main towns of Villeneuve-sur-Lot (28km) and Agen (29km) are close by and the property is well located for sightseeing: the Lastournelle caves, Bonaguil and Duras châteaux, the medieval villages of Pujols and Penne-d'Agenais, and many more places of interest.

Local shops are 4km away at Lafitte-sur-Lot, and at Clairac (9.5km) and Prayssas (10km). There are two golf courses nearby, at Tombeboeuf (9 hole, 28km) and Castelnaud-de-Gratecambe (18 hole, 33km). There are swimming, fishing and water sports on the Lot (6km) and the Baïse Rivers (18km), and various wonderful walks can be taken from the house itself.

The property opens out onto a rolling landscape, and there are lovely views towards the Lot Valley. The house is set in an attractive well-maintained park with picturesque restored outbuildings and beautiful centenary trees. The swimming pool is just outside the conservatory/dining room.
