Location |
| This attractive manor house, built in 1750 with local stone, is set in the small quiet hamlet of Montpalach and well located for discovering the attractive Tarn-et-Garonne. The village of Septfonds (4km) offers shops and services. Caussade (12km) is a lively town with many entertaining fêtes throughout the summer and St-Antonin (5km) has a very good Sunday market, a good range of shops and a river for fishing and canoeing. The beautiful town of Cahors is 45km to the north. There is a 9 hole golf course at Le Roucous (35km) and a horse riding stable 4km away at Laurette. A recreational lake at Caylus (12km) offers swimming, fishing and sailing. |

| The house stands in an attractive enclosed garden. Steps lead down from the front porch to the swimming pool surrounded by tall hedges providing complete privacy. In addition to a pool security alarm there is also a small fence and gate at the bottom of the external steps of the house which helps prevent access to the pool. |

Interior |
| The interior is very attractive, comfortable, and decorated with a tasteful mixture of antique and modern furniture. The main entrance opens directly into the spacious and attractive living room with an open fireplace and exposed stone walls. Off the living room is the dining room with a fully-fitted modern kitchen at one end. Also on the ground floor are a shower room with a wc, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with wc. There is a small study area on the landing. |
