Located on a hill in a secluded position, this attractive villa stands 1km from the delightful village of Bargemon, one of France's loveliest villages with its small shops, a Thursday market and a public tennis court. The village is situated at an altitude of 480m and surrounded by delightful contryside with olive groves. Draguignan (22km) and the charming provençal hillside town of Fayence (19km), both offer a good selection of shops, services, weekly markets and restaurants. The area offers dramatic landscapes and there are stunning gorges to be explored nearby at Châteaudouble (14km). The fashionable town of St Tropez with its port and sandy beaches is 60km away.

There is horse riding at Seillans (13km), bike hire in Draguignan, and a leisure lake (Lac St-Cassien) with swimming, fishing and pedaloes 30km away. There are two new luxury 18 hole golf courses 25km away near Fayence. The nearest sandy beaches can be found in Fréjus (40km), St-Raphaël (42km), la Napoule (51km) and Cannes (56km). All offer very good nautical activities (sea diving, water-skiing, kayak, canoeing, boat hiring, upward parachute).

The interior is comfortable and simply furnished. On the first floor are the living areas, as well as a double bedroom separated from a single bedroom by an arch; these two rooms share a bathroom with a wc. The living room has a pleasant conservatory with a dining area overlooking the village below. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. On this floor are also a further double bedroom and a single bedroom. A double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, each with an en suite shower room and a separate wc are on ground level and only accessible via an external staircase.

Young children and infants are not accepted due to the steepness of the grounds and the many steps inside the house.
