Location

The house is situated in a quiet residential area in the hills 1km from the lively small town of Peymeinade which has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cafés, a Monday market, a supermarket and public tennis courts. A larger selection of amenities, shops and restaurants can be found 6km away at Grasse, a beautiful hilltop town well known for its perfumeries and lavender fields. The nearest sandy beaches are at Cannes (24km), La Napoule (30km) and Antibes (31km).

Exterior

Set in 2850sqm of pleasant well-maintained grounds, the house enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding hills towards Mandelieu. Steps lead down to the swimming pool and to the pool house with its summer kitchen (refrigerator, sink, barbecue, two hobs), and there are an outdoor shower and a wc. There is a floodlit boules pitch.

The pool is heated to 28°C free of charge, weather permitting.

Interior

The interior is comfortably furnished in a mixture of styles. On the ground floor are an entrance hall, a large dining room, a spacious living room opening onto a terrace, a kitchen opening out onto a covered terrace for al fresco dining, a study, a laundry room, and a separate wc. Also situated on this floor are a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a wc. On the first floor are two double bedrooms (one with an en suite shower room with a wc), two twin bedrooms (one is more suitable for children), a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom with a wc, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate wc.

Occupancy is limited to 10 persons including infants.
