The location is just unique as are the views out to sea. You can swim from the rocks and sunbathe on the platforms by the water. If you prefer sand the beach at Agay is just down the road. |

Location |
| This '30s seaside villa is located off the coastal road 500m to the east of the seaside village of Agay at the foot of the Estérel, 10km from St-Raphaël , 30km west of Cannes and 49km from St-Tropez. There are shops and sporting facilities including horse riding and water skiing are all available nearby. Many pleasant excursions can be taken along the coast and inland. The main sandy beach at Agay is 1km away. Tennis courts can be found 500m away. There are two 18 hole golf courses at St-Raphaël. |
| |
Exterior |
| A large, shady, walled garden encloses the grounds around the house. There are exceptionally good views along the coast, and the house enjoys private access to the sea. A small walkway leads directly down from the rear garden onto the rocks jutting out into the Mediterranean, with swim ladders and areas for sunbathing and fishing. There is a garage for one car as well as a public parking area off the coastal road just outside the house. A resident caretaker lives unobtrusively in a small house at the entrance to the grounds. |

Interior |
An airy living/dining room with a large working fireplace gives onto a beautiful open terrace overlooking the sea. The interior, whilst not luxurious, is tastefully decorated and very attractive with tile floors throughout. There is a newly-installed well-equipped kitchen. A double bedroom on the ground floor has an en suite bathroom and also opens out onto the terrace. The shower room with a wc is also on this floor. There are two double bedrooms each with en suite washbasin and bidet areas on the first floor, as well as a twin bedroom with a washbasin more suitable for children.
Occupancy is limited to 6 persons.
