The façade only hints at the treasures inside – a host of original features combined with beautiful artwork and so much space. The views from the vast terrace are idyllic. Don’t forget to visit the best producer of Armagnac blanc, just down the road in Gondrin. |

Location |
| This beautiful spacious château is located in a very quiet position on a gently rising hillside with views extending towards vineyards, sunflower fields and wooded rolling countryside. It is situated 100km from Pau and 59km south of Agen. Gondrin (4km) has basic shopping facilities, a leisure lake, a tennis court and bicycle hire. There is a wider selection of shops, a big Thursday market and good restaurants at Eauze, the capital of Armagnac (11km), and Condom (18km) has a better selection of shops and many restaurants. Wine can be purchased from many of the local producers in the area. Auch (48km) has a market on Thursday and Saturday, a large cathedral famous for its stunning interior, and an attractive old part busy with shops, cafés and very good restaurants. |

Exterior |
| Originally built in the 15th century alongside a 12th century fortified tower, and completed in the 18th century, the house is set in 14 acres of beautiful parkland leading down to the Auzoute River, with a private chapel, a peaceful enclosed courtyard with a goldfish pond and a flower garden boasting 300 year old cedar trees. From a large terrace extending the length of the house off the sitting room there are stunning views over the valley, and on a clear day the Pyrénées can be seen in the distance. Steps lead down to the swimming pool. |

Interior |
The interior is very spacious and of a high standard, with light-filled rooms. It is pleasantly decorated with antiques, many paintings and comfortable furnishings. The entrance hallway leads to the dining room to the right and a large kitchen/breakfast room to the left with an adjoining laundry room (please note that only the cleaning lady has access to the washing machine and will do clients' personal laundry twice a week at no extra charge). An archway leads from the dining room to the living room (access to terrace) and an imposing double-sided fireplace serves both rooms. Also on the ground floor are a large double bedroom with a four-poster bed and a big open fireplace, an en suite bathroom and a separate wc. The bedroom has direct access to a rose garden and an inner courtyard.
A spectacular two branch curving stone staircase leads up to a sitting room from which there is access to the remaining bedrooms. One double bedroom has views towards the pool and valley below, a dressing room and an adjacent bathroom with a wc. The second double bedroom overlooks the rose garden and courtyard and has an en suite bathroom with a wc. The third double bedroom enjoys views towards the front flower gardens and has an en suite shower room with a wc. A twin bedroom suitable for children is off the third double bedroom and overlooks the rose garden and courtyard.
Occupancy is limited to 8 adults and 2 children.
