There's nothing to fault this lovely place - it has charm, good amenities and very provençal views. The rose-clad terrace is an idyllic spot for eating out.

Set among picturesque vineyards below the provençal village of Séguret in the Vaucluse, this 200-year-old "mas" enjoys both the tranquillity of the northern Provence countryside as well as proximity to interesting towns and spectacular scenery. There is a Cave Coopérative (grape processing, wine production) close to the house which is busy during harvest time in early autumn (please check dates). The historical town of Vaison-la-Romaine (9.5km) has much to offer, from good restaurants, local produce markets and wine production, to sports facilities of all kinds - public tennis courts, riding stables - and all shops and services. The road that takes you to Vaison is 150m from the house.
The village of Séguret (2km) has some shops and restaurants, and there is bicycle hire on site. All shops can be found at Sablet (3km). There are a 9 hole golf course at Orange (20km) and three 18 hole golf courses near Avignon (40km), and a lake for boating and other sports at Pernes-les-Fontaines (30km).
The interior is furnished with taste in pleasant local rustic style, and with original features such as the large stone fireplace in the living room still in place. There are terracotta tile floors throughout, and some original wooden beams. There is a dining table in the well-equipped kitchen, and the living area has modern equipment as well as a library corner. French doors in the living and dining rooms give onto a sunny part-paved terrace next to the garden.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a bedroom with one set of bunk beds and a single bed, a bathroom with a separate shower and a wc, and a shower room with a wc. There is an annexe accessible via the living room which contains a sitting room, a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a wc, and a summer kitchen with a separate entrance. These three rooms are at ground level and each has french doors leading to the garden.
Occupancy is limited to 10 persons.
