Location

This modern provençal-style villa is located in a residential area and enjoys a wonderful position in the hills overlooking the town of Grasse (3km), the valley beyond and the Mediterranean. Grasse offers the best facilities and its famous “perfumeries” can be visited. The lovely villages of Cabris (10km) and Châteauneuf-de-Grasse (4.5km) are close by. There are markets in most of the villages around Grasse and a very popular one on Sundays in the beautiful village of St-Vallier-de-Thiey (12km). Nice is 44km away and Cannes 24km. 

There are tennis courts at Grasse, horse riding at St-Vallier-de-Thiey and bike hire at Mandelieu-la-Napoule (27km). The leisure lake of St-Cassien is 26km away and offers swimming, canoeing and pedaloes. There are three 18 hole golf courses around Grasse, all under 10km. The nearest sandy beaches can be found at Cannes (24km), La Napoule and Antibes (both 31km) and Juan-les-Pins (32km).

Exterior

The villa is set in a terraced garden of 2250sqm with fantastic views towards the bay of Mandelieu and the Lerins islands. There is a traditional beamed terrace at the back of the house, ideal for outdoor meals. The salt-water pool is heated to 28°C free of charge, and there is a shower by the pool.

Interior

The interior is bright, spacious and modern. On the ground floor are a large L-shaped living/dining room which opens onto a covered terrace and a kitchen, and a separate wc; a few steps lead down to two double bedrooms each with a balcony, a bathroom and a shower room with a wc. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate wc.

There is internal access to the self-contained apartment on the lower ground floor which consists of a living/dining room with a double sofabed, a kitchen and a double bedroom - all these rooms open onto a covered terrace to the side of the house. Also on this floor are a bathroom with a separate shower and a separate wc.

There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living area of the apartment.
