The grounds are extensive with orchard trees, a pond, fields, centenary trees, and a lawned area surrounded by trees at the front of the house. The swimming pool has been built to measure to integrate just under a spacious terrace (reached by a few steps) extending from the ground floor. There is a pool house with a shower and a wc, and a summer kitchen (with barbecue, refrigerator, cooker) with a dining area. The pool is heated to 25°C free of charge, weather permitting. It is fenced-off from the garden area but not from the terrace (access from sitting room).

There is a high quality tennis court (medium to fast, quick-drying hard court) and a putting green, both located just beyond the pool and pool house. Walks can be taken from the property. The owner provides 8 adult and 4 children's bikes; the countryside with its gentle slopes is ideal for cycling.

The owner has made arrangements for an experienced teacher to be available to give riding lessons to our clients on site. Hourly lessons and fully-fledged courses are totally flexible. There are ponies and horses available, for both adults and children.
