Location

This property is situated 2km from Le Rouret, which has all shopping facilities. It is ideally located, within easy reach of the coast at Antibes, Cannes and Nice, all approximately 20km away, but also close to the beautiful hills inland. Grasse (10km) and Vence (19km) are nearby and are well worth visiting.

Exterior

This villa is set in a residential area and in very pleasant grounds of one acre with a mature garden planted with olive and cypress trees, lavender, and other provençal plants and flowers. The swimming pool is enclosed to one side by a fence and a gate; on the other side there is a drop of about 1.5m screened by plants.

Interior

The house is built on two floors; on the first floor is a double bedroom with access to a small private terrace with lovely views, and a bathroom with a wc. All the other rooms are on the ground floor. A second double bedroom has french windows opening onto the garden. One of the twin bedrooms has an en suite shower room. All of the bedrooms are spacious and airy, with pleasant views overlooking the garden. The living room is comfortable and decorated with provençal furniture and a tile floor. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table.
