Mrs Shirley French: The owners, M et Mme. Tournier, were most pleasant and helpful, but also respected our privacy completely. The house is beautifully situated, secluded and peaceful. As self-employed individuals, my husband and I work long hours and at Kainanou we found the rest and repose we were seeking. I can think of no better place than the large terrace to sit and read and reflect, while looking up occasionally to take in the breathtaking view. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.
