The Cameron-Peck family: Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful house! We have had a wonderful time enjoying everything available here - there was no need to leave the confines of this gated Château as there was no end to the entertainment. Christelle has been attending to every detail of our stay and has been ever present but invisible! She works so hard! We are already planning our return to La Fauconnière.

The Davies family: We have had a wonderful week in this fabulous house. Emily enjoyed riding around the local countryside and we have all made good use of the tennis court and pool. Thank you for looking after us so well!

The Tratalos family: Beautiful house and lovely setting. We made the most of the tennis court and the pool. Shame about the weather - but better than last year apparently.

The Sharp and Rogan families: Beautiful castle and superb facilities. A big thank you to Marielle for her kindness and help. Good restaurants at La Roche-sur-Yon (wider choice of places open) and good pizzas/pasta at Les Faggots in Chantenay. P.S. Thank you for letting us play with your dog Baron. Wonderful temperament and very friendly (The Sharp & Rogan children).

Annie & Deis (The Moores, Williams & Langs): What a beautiful house it is! I have had a wonderful time with all the amazing facilities. I wish I found the dog Baron! Thank you for the fun. Thank you for an amazing week, we loved all the outdoor facilities!

The Buckleys: A wonderful stay for all our family and guests. So much to do and well provided.

The Hunters: What a lovely holiday, great weather and wonderful surroundings. Loved the pool and the tennis court. The boys learned to ride bikes. Puy du Fou is a must - get there at 9.30 to fit it all in and book ahead. Blue Beard's castle at Tiffauges is a good afternoon visit, especially with children. Local restaurants often closed in the evening - so check before you go - pizza place in Essart was a hit with the kids!

Christophe: So much taste has gone into the decoration. Everything harmonises in a house that is alive. Congratulations on the restoration and authenticity.

Mr Leslie Norman: A wonderful holiday was had by all in this stunning chateau! We have thoroughly used all the facilities, including the wonderful vegetable garden. Excellent weather!! Christelle was an absolute delight, an angel, and works very hard. The Vendee region is beautiful with many interesting towns. We will certainly return! The Brioche is worth coming for alone! We had a brilliant time, thanks.

The Stevens Family - Ontario, Canada: This is a beautiful chateau and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. What a wonderful place to celebrate our Mama's 80th birthday! The weather was perfect ... Very relaxing and peaceful. I epecially loved the kitchen and the pool house ... a chef's dream! The surrounding towns are quaint (La Chaize and St. Martin Des Noyers) and the people are very friendly. A special thank you to Christelle for her gracious hospitality. It couldn't have been more perfect ... until we meet again. Merci and Au revoir!

The Cottees: We have had a lovely time. We have all made good use of the pool and tennis court and the girls have enjoyed having the run of the grounds. A very active holiday in a beautiful setting. Many thanks to Christelle for all her hard work - it was a real treat having someone else clean the baby's bottles every day!
