Location

Recently built in provençal style, this well-appointed villa is just 2km from the charming village of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze with a few shops and a café overlooking the River Ouvèze. There are shops and services at Buis-les-Baronnies (10km), as well as bike circuits and horse riding. Vaison-la-Romaine (12km) is a beautiful town with many restaurants, a Tuesday morning market, tennis courts, horse riding and bike hire, and it is the perfect starting point for delightful excursions into the heart of the Ventoux region. There is river swimming at 500m in the Ouvèze River and 1km away in the Toulourenc River. There are two 9 hole golf course at Orange (40km) and three 18 hole courses near Avignon (48km).

Exterior

The delightful wooded grounds of 2.3 hectares are bordered by a small shallow river (150m from the house). The setting is very peaceful and the pleasant swimming pool area extends into beautiful gardens planted with provençal lavender and shrubs.

Interior

On the ground floor are a very spacious living area opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden, a large bedroom with an en suite shower room (multi-jet shower) and a separate wc, and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a separate wc.

The main entrance is actually via the first floor and leads a large dining room opening onto a covered terrace, a sitting room, a kitchen with an open terrace, two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate wc.
