Location

This beautiful old farmhouse enjoys a wonderful location with panoramic views over Mont-Ventoux and is located 3km from Entrechaux (2 cafés, 2 bakeries, general store, tennis court). The beautiful medieval town of Vaison-la-Romaine (10km) offers a full range of shops and restaurants, a weekly market, tennis courts and horse riding. The interesting market towns of Carpentras and Orange are half an hour's drive away.

There are three 18 hole golf courses near Avignon, and swimming in the Ouvèze River at Mollans-sur-Ouvèze (8km). There is good skiing nearby on the beautiful quiet slopes of Mont Ventoux at a small resort (20 minutes by car). Summer skiing on grass is also possible at the same resort.

Exterior

The house has been very tastefully restored with original materials in keeping with the local provençal style. The property boasts 1 hectare of land with a garden of 2500sqm and over 80 olive trees, and extends into beautiful countryside. There are various terraces around the house for outdoor meals.

Interior

The interior is very charming and furnished with a mixture of provençal and modern styles. A spacious and bright living/dining room greets you on arrival and opens onto a terrace. Also on the ground floor are a well-equipped kitchen with a table, a lovely summer living room, a separate wc, and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and french doors opening onto a terrace.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one of which can be made up as a twin, a children's bedroom with three single beds and an additional mattress, a bathroom with a separate shower unit, and a separate wc.
