The property retains all its original dimensions and features, and forms part of a large family estate comprising 200 acres of parkland and gardens, including a second tennis court (shared only with the owner's family) and a large lake where fishing is permitted. Clients are allowed unrestricted access to all the grounds and can make use of bicycles provided on site. The well-tended park and gardens create a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There are 6km of tracks for cycling and jogging within the property.

The swimming pool is set in a large paved border next to a beautifully-equipped pool house containing a large dining room/kitchen with seating for 22, 2 changing rooms, a shower room and a separate wc. The pool is heated up to 24°C free of charge. There is a charge of 750 Euros per week for it to be heated at a higher temperature; this is payable locally.

Living accommodation is contained within the main building on two floors (the Maison Principale), a large wing (Annexe) on one floor and an independent Studio attached to the wing. Although access between the Maison Principale and the Annexe is external, one has an entrance adjacent to the other, allowing easy access from the latter to the independent shower room and first floor bathroom in the former. The interiors are of a high standard and very comfortably furnished, and are ideal for a large group.

The Maison Principale has very spacious living areas and a modern fully-fitted kitchen. The dining room table can seat up to 24 persons. The terrace outside the kitchen can seat up to 22 persons. A shower room, a separate wc and a laundry room are also on the ground floor. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and all (except one double with an additional single bed) and have either en suite bathroom facilities or a washbasin. Due to the antique furnishings in this part of the property, it is requested that extra care be taken, particularly with small children. The house has an alarm system.

The Annexe is on a single level with access directly into the attractive small living area, with a modern kitchen corner served by a corridor opening onto four comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate shower, and a separate wc.

The Studio features an original bread oven and exposed beams. It contains one double bed, one double sofabed, a small basic kitchen, a shower room with a wc, and a mezzanine with additional bedding for up to 4 children.
