This attractive little house is in a charming location with views towards the delightful "village perché" of Faucon (1km) dating back to the 12th century; Faucon has a good bakery, a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and the first covered boulodrome in the Vaucluse. A wide selection of shops and services, restaurants and sports activities (tennis courts, horse riding, bike hire) can be found in the pleasant town of Vaison-la-Romaine (9km) where there is a good market on Tuesdays. There are a 9 hole golf course at Orange (47km) and three 18 hole courses near Avignon (60km). River water sports and swimming are possible at Mollans (20km) on the River Ouvèze and canoeing on the River Toulourenc. There are many festivals in the summer, including those at Avignon and Vaison-la-Romaine.

The property is set in the midst of vineyards and orchards with lovely open views of the surrounding countryside and Faucon. The grounds cover 2500sqm with olive groves and fruit trees. A large terrace at the front of the house ideal for outdoor meals overlooks the pool area which has an external solar-heated shower.

The interior has been attractively furnished and is ideal for a family. The living/dining room on the ground floor opens onto the terrace and leads to a kitchen with exterior access. Also on the ground floor are a separate wc and a small bedroom with a set of bunk beds. On the first floor are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room with a wc.
